    Box 15
    This is a complete set (4 pairs) of new old stock, flanged rod bearings which fit all 1937, 1938 and 1939 Ford passenger, pickup and truck with V8 60hp. Will not fit 1940 V8 60 which had a larger rod bearing that was not flanged. In Detroit Bearing & Bushing Company boxes with part number 9B540 - .002 undersize; equivalent to Federal Mogul # 9540; Ford # 52-6211. These are .002" undersize ID (for 1.596-1.597" cr/s journal size), and standard OD (for 1.800" rod inside dia). Two thousandths undersize ID (might be just what you need to boost the oil pressure with a slightly worn or polished standard size crank), and STD OD. Condition is mint and in perfect shape, never installed, in the boxes.
