    One new, unused, mint and still crisp 1986 Santa Lucia Area Council Camporee event patch.
    This is a merged council. In 1994, Santa Lucia Area Council (San Luis Obispo county) and Mission Council (Santa Barbara county) merged to become Los Padres Council.
