The Disney cel is in Marvelous condition for it's age (over 60 years old). Cel size is a HUGE 12 x 10 inches, Pluto measures, from waist to ear-top, is about 7 x 7 inches. Never restored, all original paint in very good condition (please see pics). Beautiful Ink paint lines. Black ink lines. Black fields, such as his ears and nose are painted on the back along with the rest of the paint colors.
BONUS:
Piece is presented over a Toon Town background, with Mickey Mouse's house behind him.
Given the style and quality of the character we are estimating that he is from one of the Pluto cartoons of 1952 to 1955. Pluto after this time from was on the Mickey Mouse club and was of a "simpler" design with thicker ink lines.

Personally, as animation art collector of over 40 years. I LOVE Art Corner cels. I love that they were original Sold at Disneyland in the 50s and 60s while Walt Disney was alive and running Disneyland. Their very existence is because Walt himself thought they were artwork and he made them available to the masses.  They are one of a kind. They appeared on-screen. Each was hand painted by Top Disney talent, the finest Disney artists at the studio. Not some guy in a theme park, in a dark corner of a shop, doing drawings for 5 bucks. Simply speaking they are the ultimate Disneyland collectible.
