Disney - Cel Set-Up - "Leader of the Band" - Mickey Mouse - Limited Edition of 250 pieces. Signed by Bill Justice. This was only available in the year 2000 at the Walt Disney Art Classics Ink & Paint Tour. The frame measures approx. 21" wide x 21" tall. The cel is in New condition with the COA on the back.
