Published in 1910 by The Reese & Crittenden Co., of Cleveland, Ohio. Small booklet measuring 3" x 5". Contains blank forms for 'trip record' and 'wayside incidents.' Amazingly, none of the forms have been filled in. Also contains suggestions for the care of Goodrich tires and other tire pointers. Excellent condition.
