This is a limited edition sericel Lady and the Tramp.
Cell size is 11x 14 inches, Framed Size is 18x21 inches. Celluloid was created and released in the 1995, The edition is comprised of 5000 world wide.  Images is of Lady and the Tramp walking through the park late at night. Running into so Wet Cement.  In the 1980 & 1990s it was standard for Disney to issued sericels WITHOUT backgrounds; this Animation sericell and the others in this edition where were simply matted over white mattboard backgrounds.

. It was created to match the scene in the movie and to accommodate the lined background. Printed on luster finished photographic paper, at a professional photo lab. What is a sericel?
A Sericel
is a serigraphy process that involves silk-screening each individual color to the cel, one at a time. Every distinct shade is a separate screen, and a separate pass in the procedure. As a result of this fine art operation, each color is flawlessly reproduced. Sericels are also created in limited quantities, typically 2500 to 5000 pieces and sometimes even 9500. Because of their larger edition size, sericels are the most affordable type of animation art, ideal for the beginning collector. The word Sericel is a contraction of Seri-graphed Cel.
