The Home Series is a refreshed and popular paddle-shaped, hand-held Cheese Graters with an updated handle design that provides greater comfort, stability, and durability. The handle design combines a comfortable, soft-touch material with an overlay of stronger, molded plastic with subtle ribbing for a more secure grip. All Microplane Home Series Cheese Graters offer a broad grating surface for more room to efficiently get the job done. All are dishwasher-safe and feature razor-sharp surgical-grade stainless steel blades.

The Microplane Home Series has a large grating surface to help you grate efficiently. The fine blade is ideal for grating ginger, zesting citrus fruits, and hard cheeses such as Parmesan.
Top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand wash the cover. We recommend rinsing your Cheese Grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first, soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
Reusable protective cover included. Store with blade covered when not in use.
