Walt Disney Goofy Olympic Champs Animation Art Cel Limited Edition 13/500 Bh. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
I say used but it was only displayed in store when for sale.
Condition is "new” but old stock so has been moved around and displayed possibly. The cell itself measures about 9.25” x 12.5” and the frame 20” x 16.75” this is a one of a kind item. Will have more cells listed over the coming weeks. It is professionally framed with the coa attached to the back. It looks 3D with the background being fixed and the overlay of the characters. These are dealer old stock she didn’t sell when her store closed in the 1990’s. The frame does have some blemishes.
