What we have here is Framed Walt Disney Limited Edition Serigraph Cel, of Winnie the Pooh Blustery Day Art,,, with Winnie, Piglet, and Eeyore, sitting on top of one another getting a ride from eeyore.Framed in a Light Grey brushed silver frame.Measures 16 1/4 in. Tall by 20 1/8 Long across.This has the Golden orange Serigraph seal in right hand corner of Picture and picture 9.5 by 13 1/4 measures .Still in original packaging  when it was framed.Great shape and excellent condition ready to hang with wire across back. Pre owned no dents or damage to frame front Picture is not Glass it's Plexiglass in good shape no scratches.No certificate comes with this Walt Disney original   copyright.
